XPAD 3G-701 problem...

Hello,
i'm tring to reinstall XPAD 3G-701 tablet, and i've seen some android tutorials on how to do that through Ubuntu's teminal, but i'm not very lucky so far...
But, i have a few questions first...
Is it possible to install on this device Ubuntu for tablets, and what is the procedure?
If that is not possible, how could i install xpad/android from scratch, through Ubuntu?
If there is, actually, easier way, i need that precedure...

Main problem is that XPAD is attacked by viruses, there wasn't any possible way to clean it, none of the reset option works, apps don't works, and houndred more problems, so i thought i could change things a little bit...
