I apologize ahead of time for being a novice. I recently downloaded and installed steam, and updated the client and when I run "steam" from the command line this is the message:

I am unable to use the steam client and therefore cannot play any steam games. If anybody knows what to do I really appreciate your help, thanks in advance!
