Clock Differences.

Hi

I write this post because rightnow I deploy Ubuntu in two devices. In fact, I have installed Ubuntu 16.04.1 in my laptop, it is a Dell Latitude. As well, I have a desktop computer with wos 10 installed where I have installed a VM with the same version of Ubuntu. There is a gap in the clock of 30 seconds more or less. I have checked other electronic devices susceptible of remote synchronisation, and all of them maintain the same minutes and seconds as the desktop computer. All devices maintain the UTC clocktime, remotely set. Any idea?
