[xubuntu] Installing new theme doesn't change anything.

So when you change to a different theme you're supposed to see something different, right?
I don't. I installed this flattastic theme and moved it to themes folder, then selected it like on the screenshot but as you can nothing changed. What am I missing here?
Using xubuntu 16.04 LTS.

Clicking on bottom left "reload" button does nothing. Do I need to log out-log in or reboot?

Well now I went in "appearance" and changed it and it looks like it changed some stuff but not "window" look.
