Uninstall Ubuntu 16.04 LTE from dual boot Windows 10

Hey there I need a little bit of help

I had dual boot Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows 10, then I tried to remove Ubuntu. So I did as follows:
1) From windows I deleted all Ubuntu partitions.
2) Restarted PC and from command line I typed commands:

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

3) Restarted again, but GRUB is still there.

In bios under boot manager there is still Ubuntu option, but it doesn't work.

Please how can I get rid of all Ubuntu mess?
