[ubuntu] Ubuntu preseed file. RAID 1 not created

Hello!
I had a problem when installing ubuntu with preseed file.
The problem is as follows:
I need to create a RAID1 (mdadm, 2 drive) and install the OS, the Internet found a lot of examples in the forum authors confirm their correctness, but after I copy them to your file and run the installation, the installer does not comply with these instructions, and creates a partition on default just sda.

Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is installed as a virtual machine VmWare vSphere, VM settings have two hard drives (40GB).

Maybe I do not have somewhere to set in the file, you can send the preseed file is fully working configuration in which to create a RAID1. Please, help.
