[ubuntu] Dell vostro 14 3000 series - WiFi not working

I have a dell vostro 14 3000 series laptop. I upgraded to 16.04LTS from 14.04. The WiFi was working initially in 14.04 and it stopped working. The upgrade didn't solve it too.

Unfortunately, I don't see the driver details at all.

I think that the hardware switch is disabled. The network key is on the key PrtScr. Unfortunately Fn + PrtScr didnt help.
